HUNTSVILLE, AL July 2020- Doctor Kenneth Winton at Performance Vision, located in Hampton Cove, is teaming up with local sports talk radio 97.7 The Zone to help spread information about his elite Sports Vision Training program.

One of only two providers in the state of Alabama, the other is in Tuscaloosa, Dr. Winton uses an instrument called the Senaptec Sensory Station which will test an athletes’ vision, hand-eye coordination, and more. Once the initial assessment is done his VisionPro training programs come with a variety of tools to improve those skills, which could lead to far better performance on the field, on the court, and potentially even in the classroom.

“I am excited to partner with The Zone to help get the word out about this training program,” Dr. Winton said. “Many young athletes want to find that next level of training that will get them to the next level, and this very well could be the answer for them.”

Dr. Winton will join The Zone’s Scott Theisen and Drew DeArmond the third Thursday of every month at 8:00am to discuss the world of sports, how vision affects a player’s performance, and how the tools he offers can help elevate a player’s skills.
